It was founded in Hong Kong by Xiaojun ZHU, former Managing Director/Deputy CEO of Royal Bank of Canada Hong Kong Branch; Haifeng DENG, former Senior Fund Manager of CITIC Capital; Yigang ZENG,famous professional investor in China. China Vision Capital (Hong Kong) Limited was founded in September 2016.

China Vision Capital obtained HK SFC licenses Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) in February 2017. Being a Hong Kong registered asset management company regulated by HK SFC, China Vision Capital focuses on off-shore USD equity and fixed-income investment funds management and advising on global markets investment(HK SFC Website：http://www.sfc.hk/publicregWeb/corp/BII154/details?locale=en).
