Xiaojun ZHU,  Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

With 28 years’ professional experience in financial industry, Mr. Zhu has developed knowledge and abundant management expertise in Global Markets, Asset Management and Corporate Banking businesses. Prior to China Vision Capital, Mr. Zhu has taken different roles and supervisory duties with world leading financial institutions in Beijing, Singapore and Hong Kong since 1993, such as the Director of China Marketing in Global Markets, HSBC; Head of China Sales of Citigroup Global Market Asia Limited; Managing Director and Deputy CEO of Royal Bank of Canada Hong Kong Branch; Director in Global Markets, Deutsche Bank Singapore and Hong Kong; Head of Credit Management Division of China Everbright Bank Head Office, Beijing.Mr. Zhu serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of OTC Clearing Hong Kong Limited from 2019 to 2022.

Being a registered and licensed person regulated by HKMA and SFC from 2001, Mr. Zhu has been positively participating in various types of regulated activities, holds SFC License Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 2 (dealing in futures contracts), Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 7 (providing automated trading services) and Type 9 (asset management). He is Responsible Officer for Type 4 & 9 now.

Mr. Zhu serves as a Director of Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong，Supervisor and Chairman of Nomination Committee of Bank of Dalian Co., Ltd,Consultant of Hong Kong MBA Institute, and Visiting Professor of School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology.

Mr. Zhu holds Master Degree in Finance from Renmin University of China and Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.

Haifeng DENG,  Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Deng is a professional and successful fund manager focusing on investment in China enterprises listed in overseas markets and fixed-income products with 23 years experience.

Prior to China Vision Capital, Mr. Deng worked for Yuanhao Capital Management as Partner and Fund Manager of Yuanhao Greater China Fund, Fortis Bank Hong Kong as Associate Director, Societe Generale Asia Ltd as Vice President, CITIC Capital as Senior Portfolio Manager, and State Administration of Foreign Exchange ("SAFE”) as a Portfolio Manager running China official foreign exchange reserves respectively.

Since 2003 Mr. Deng became HKMA and HKSFC licenses holder.  He successively holds HK SFC License Type 1(dealing in securities), Type 4(advising on securities) and Type 9(assetmanagement). He is Responsible Officer  for Type 4 & 9 now.

Mr. Deng serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Deng holds Master degree in Finance from London Business School, and Master and Bachelor degree major in Finance from School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University in China.

Yigang ZENG, Director

Mr. Zeng is a famous and successful professional investor with over 25 years’ investment and trading experience, not only in capital markets but also in alternative investment globally.

Mr. Zeng worked with Guotai Junan Securities Co.,Ltd and Fujian Minfa Sesurities Co., Ltd from late 1990’s to mid 2000’s.

Mr. Zeng is a Co-Founder and Director of Shenzhen BoLiang Asset Management Co., Ltd; and a Co-Founder and Director of Yunnan Yulin Tea Co.,LTD.

Dr. Edward Ge, Director of China Vision Prudent Fund

Dr. Ge has more than 28 years working experience in global capital markets and asset management. He was co-founder and managing partner of Integrity Capital Partners, Beijing, China. Prior to creating his own business, Dr. Ge worked with BGC Partners, one of largest money brokerage firms for global institutional investors, as Chief Representative mainly responsible for business development in China. Reverse chronologically, he was the Portfolio Manager of PICC Asset Management, Senior Analyst of Galaxy Asset Management, Portfolio Analyst of TD Asset Management, Toronto, Canada, Senior Trader of China Everbright International Trust and Investment Co., Beijing, China.

Dr. Ge holds a PhD degree in financial engineering, Renmin University of China, MBA degree in finance, McGill University, Canada, and BA in economics, Renmin University of China.

Liguo SONG, Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Song is an entrepreneur and marketing expert in mobile and communication industry with over 28 years of professional sales, marketing and business administration experience.

Mr. Song served successively as Sales Manager covering Guangdong, Hunan and Henan provinces in Beijing Post and Communication Appliance Factory; Regional Manager of northeast China, PHILIPS Consuming Communication; General Manager of North China and Head of China Sales, SIEMENS Mobile Communication Corporation; Deputy CEO of Beijing CAPITAL Co. Ltd.; Deputy CEO of China Post & Telecommunication Appliances Co. Ltd. First Distribution Group.

Mr. Song is Chairman of Shenyang Dianshi Telecommunication Equipment Co., Ltd.

Mr. Song holds MBA and Bachelor Degree in engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
